How do I connect to Strava?

Click the “Connect with Strava” button in the app and follow the steps. You’ll be redirected back to the application.

How often is my data updated?

Data is refreshed when you sign in and when you use relevant features in the app. When available, you can also trigger updates from the interface.

How do I remove access?

You can revoke access at any time via Strava’s app settings: Strava › Settings › My Apps.
